Our largest graduation party package features our stunning 20×30 high peak frame tent. With dual 18′ peaks and 8′ sides, this tent is so popular that our biggest source of business is word-of-mouth from guests that saw it at another event we set up. This grad party package is intended to be “plug and play”. We take care of everything from contacting JULIE to your delivery and install to the tear-down after the party.
Grad Party Package Contents
The 75 person graduation party package starts with our 20×30 high peak tent. It features 600sqft and a spacious well-ventilated party space. The innovative cross-cable design eliminates the center pole giving you even more room. We also supply 12 of our six foot white folding party tables. These white resin tables feature a durable top and sturdy steel tube legs. You can add optional white or black spandex table covers to your tables for an added fee. Finally, this package includes 75 of our basic white folding chairs. These chairs feature a durable plastic seat and tube steel legs. They can withstand up to 300lbs and have been recently purchased all in the last year.
Delivery and Setup Options
Our graduation party packages are intended to be extremely easy and take some of the stress of hosting your party off your shoulders. You can add options to your package to customize it to your style. Our solid and cathedral window tent walls enclose the tent and gives your party a more intimate atmosphere. You can add tent lighting to keep your party going all day and night. Finally, if you want this package set up on your driveway, patio or other hard surface, we can do that! Our block n roll system uses concrete blocks to replace stakes and ensure a safe, secure setup. Our standard delivery includes the areas of Oswego, Naperville, Aurora, Montgomery, Plainfield and Joliet as well as surrounding communities in the western suburbs of Chicago.
