Our 20×40 High Peak Frame Tent for rent is the ideal choice for larger events where more guests are expected. It’s perfect for wedding receptions and corporate events. Featuring 800 square feet of total party space, this tent features a dual-peak design with 18′ center masts and 8′ sides. The innovative cross-cable design eliminates the center poles giving you more usable floor space. The sloped sides of the tent top are elegant and attractive.
20×40 modular layout
Our 20×40 frame tent is perfect for events that utilize a dance floor, DJ, cocktail or buffet tables. It provides a platform to add optional accessories such as soft white globe tent lighting or our sidewalls. Both our heavy-duty solid or cathedral window sidewalls can be used with this tent. Our 20×40 tent, like all of our high-peak tents are designed to be modular. You can combine many different sizes to create larger and more creative layouts. You can add our 20×20 tents to this size to add more space.
20×40 Tent for Rent
This tent, like all of our high-peak frame tents, features solid 2.5″ anodized aluminum poles, 18ga blackout vinyl top and 8′ height walls. Please make sure your area can fit this tent – a total size of 30×50 is required for installation and the area must be free of overhead obstructions like trees and wires. This tent does require professional delivery and installation and is available in Oswego, Naperville, Aurora, Yorkville, Plainfield, Minooka, Sugar Grove and other communities in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Tent was perfect for our summer party in Aurora. We host a neighborhood dinner party every year and last year we got a tent from a different company that was horrible. We were so surprised this time how nice it looks. We ordered walls and lights for the tent and got so many compliments from the neighbors. We live in Oakhurst in Aurora and it’s a tight community. When it’s time for our party this summer, we will be going with this 20×40 tent again. Highly recommended.
