This is one of our largest graduation party packages, designed to help you plan a truly unforgettable event. It offers all the basics you need to host 50 guests and includes one of our popular high peak frame tents. You can add options such as tent walls to protect your guests from rain and wind or lighting to keep your party going all night. This tent package is available in limited quantities at this price so book today. The package includes:

  • 20×20 White High Peak Frame Tent
  • Eight 6′ White Folding Tables
  • 50 basic white folding chairs

Party Package Features and Options

This package features our white 20×20 high peak frame tent. This is the newest and most popular graduation tent available. The innovative cross-cable design eliminates a center pole so you have a full 400 sqft of interior party space available. The 18′ center peak and 8′ sides give the interior an open, spacious feel. There are several options available with this tent. You can add up to 4 solid or windowed tent walls and our Soft-glo tent lighting offers twice the lumens per foot of any other commercial tent lighting products. You can also add items such as pole-mounted cooling fans or wind-proof spandex table covers to this package to customize your event.

Installation and Delivery Options

This tent package includes standard setup on a flat grass or dirt surface. You can also choose our solid surface installation option to set your party up on your driveway or on a patio. We also have full-service setup of tables and chairs available for an additional fee. This graduation party package requires professional delivery and installation. Our standard delivery is available for areas within 20 miles of our company in Oswego. We deliver to communities such as Naperville, Aurora, Yorkville, Plainfield, Joliet, Plano, Minooka, Sugar Grove, Bolingbrook and more.

Delivery

We proudly offer delivery of our 50-person graduation party packages to Oswego, Illinois, and nearby communities. Regular delivery areas include Naperville, Aurora, and Yorkville, IL. Additionally, we provide delivery for tents, tables, and chairs to surrounding towns such as Plainfield, Joliet, Bolingbrook, Sugar Grove, and Plano, IL. Standard delivery is available within a 10-mile radius, with additional fees applying to certain locations. For more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Installation

Professional delivery and installation are required for our 50-Person Graduation Party Package. Our team will securely install your tent using heavy-duty stakes and/or ratchet straps, which must be anchored in a grassy area. For installations on solid surfaces like patios or driveways, we’ll use block-and-roll tent weights instead. To ensure a smooth setup, please make sure the area is free of overhead obstructions such as branches and utility lines, as well as pet waste. Additionally, the site should be clear of underground hazards like sprinkler systems, sewer lines, drainage pipes, or septic fields. Prior to installation, we will coordinate with JULIE to have all utilities marked, as this is a required step.
Use and Safety

To ensure a seamless and stress-free experience, our 50-Person Graduation Party Package includes durable, high-quality items. The tents are water-resistant and capable of withstanding rain and winds up to 45 mph, as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. However, they should not be used near open flames, silly string, or colored confetti and paper, as these can cause permanent damage to the tent’s surface. Once the tent is installed, it cannot be moved. During rainy conditions, tables and chairs should remain inside the tent to avoid damage. While the materials are designed to resist water, they are not meant to endure extended exposure to harsh weather. All rented items—tents, tables, and chairs—must be returned in their original condition: clean, undamaged, and ready for reuse. Following these guidelines helps us maintain the quality of our service and ensures a positive experience for all our customers.
