Our 40 person basic wedding package is our best option for a small wedding reception. This package offers all the basic items you need to build the perfect wedding for up to 40 guests. You can save thousands by hosting your own wedding with our pre-built package pricing. Each item in our package represents the most popular wedding options. You can also expand this basic package by adding options such as tent walls, lighting, table linens and more. We also have pole-mounted tent fans available for summer and tent heaters available for fall and spring.
Wedding Package Features
Our 40 person wedding package deal includes the following items:
- White 20×20 High Peak Frame Tent
- Five 60″ Round Wood Banquet Tables
- 40 Basic White Folding Chairs
Our 20×20 high peak frame tent is one of the hottest wedding tents we offer. Offering 400 sqft of interior space and a beautiful white top, this tent is both spacious and attractive. The 60″ banquet tables include solid wood tops and steel tube legs for maximum stability. Our basic white folding chairs are an attractive basic option or you can upgrade to padded resin garden chairs for a small up-charge.
Tent Package Upgrades and Options
Our 40 person basic wedding package is intended to give you the very basic items for your event at the lowest price possible. It serves as a template for your event. You can always add options or upgrades to customize the look of your wedding. Here are a few popular optional additions:
- Tent Sidewalls: these come in 20′ lengths and are either solid or have windows. They can be used to protect from blown rain and wind, enclose the tent for more privacy or block out visual detractors around the tent.
- Tent Lighting: our Soft-Glo LED lights feature Edison-style bulbs with a soft white appearance. We use custom lighting with 1′ bulb spacing so you get more light per linear foot than any other commercial lighting options. Available as both perimeter lighting and cross cable.
- Table Linens: you can add our 120″ white full-drape table linens to your package. Our heavy-weight commercial table linens look great and are worry free – when your event is over, put them back in the bag and return to us and we take care of them.
Installation and Delivery Options
Our 40 person wedding party package comes standard with a setup on a flat grassy surface such as a back yard. You can choose to set this package up on a solid surface such as a driveway or patio. Our solid surface installation often includes concrete blocks in place of stakes so you can choose this option in locations where we can’t use stakes. Professional delivery and installation is required for this package. We deliver to the Oswego and Yorkville area as well as surrounding communities. Some of the areas we deliver to also include Aurora, Montgomery, Naperville, Plainfield, Joliet, Bolingbrook, Minooka, Sugar Grove, Batavia, Geneva, Wheaton and more.
