Our graduation party package can seat up to 32 guests and is set up on grass or dirt surfaces by default. You can select optional solid surface installation on a driveway, patio, deck and more.
Party Package Options
Our 32 person graduation party package offers several opportunities for customization. You can add up to six 10′ walls to enclose your tent for one low price. Our tent walls zip together and attach to the poles to resist wind and rain. They can also be easily removed if you wish to open the tent up. More options include our tent lighting packages. We have two lighting packages available for our graduation party tents. Our Soft-Glo LED garden lighting package features 20′ of soft white Edison-style light bulbs at 2′ spacing. A single strand can cover the back side of the tent and provide enough soft lighting to keep your party going after dark. You can also add a second strand for more light. Finally, we offer spandex table covers for our 6′ white tables. These covers are stylish and secure over the feet of the table so they don’t blow around in the wind. These are available for rent for much less than even the cheap plastic table covers.
Installation and Delivery Options
By default, our 32 person graduation party package includes grass or dirt setup on a flat area. You can choose to add optional hard surface setup for this package and set the tent up on a driveway, patio, deck or other location. This setup option includes weights instead of stakes and can also be used around utilities where stakes can’t be used. Our solid surface installation option can sometimes depend on weather conditions and may not be available during periods of high winds. This graduation party package offers one of the best values in terms of price per person. Quantities are limited, and this special offer is only available for a short time, so don’t miss out. This is an excellent value for a graduation party. We ordered this package in 2024 for our older daughter and we’re ordering again this year for our son. It has everything we needed to throw the party – all the basics. The tent was solid – the perfect size for our back yard and clean. We didn’t add any options last year but we’re getting the table covers this year. It costs more to buy cheap paper covers than the nice spandex ones. Our kids go to Oswego so we will customize this party package to our colors with balloons, plates and decorations.
