We offer an optional Damage Protection Plan with our rentals that provides you with coverage in the case of accidental damage to our equipment while it’s under your control. Here’s some information on what our plan is and what it covers:
Why Should You Consider Coverage?
We offer the highest-quality, commercial-grade rental items. They are sturdy, durable and safe – sold by the top manufacturers in America. Because of this, the replacement cost of many of our items are fairly expensive. For example, our high peak tents average $3000-4000. Our wooden banquet tables are $150-250. And that’s just the replacement value. When one of our items is lost, we also lose revenue from that item until it can be replaced. The loss of even a single item while you’re using them can be a significant expense that you would be responsible for. Our Rental Damage Protection Plan is intended to relieve the chance that you will suffer a financial loss from the accidental loss of any of our rental items.
What our Plan Covers
Our Damage Protection Plan covers all accidental damage and our loss of revenue for all of our rental items while they are under your control. This includes damage up to and including full loss of all items from things like wear-and-tear, obsolescence and unintentional damage caused by weather, nature and other unforeseen accidental circumstances.
What our Plan Doesn’t Cover
Unfortunately, our plan does not cover damage due to negligence, improper use, theft, abuse, damage caused by pets and pet waste or damage caused by lack of or improper cleaning. So, for example, if the wind exceeds the maximum sustainable speeds allowed for our tents and collapses our tent, if you have purchased our Damage Protection Plan, you would not be charged. However, for example, if you use fireworks around our tent and they land on and burn a hole in the top, you would still be responsible even if you purchased our Damage Protection Plan.
Damage Protection Plan Cost
Our Damage Protection Plan cost is 10% of the total cost of your order. This can be ordered on the checkout page of our website or added to our quote in the case of custom quotes. Unfortunately it is not possible to add this plan once we have delivered and set up your items.
